The original spectroscopic and polarimetric data for M42 obtained in Fesenkov Astrophys- ical Institute can be treated as associated result of influence of the soft X-ray emission revealed inside the arising active region "SW Cavity" [1]. The complex UV observations of that and definite preferably star forming regions in M17, NGC 2023, NGC 2024, etc. for WSO - UV program are proposed.
