The authors consider the possibility to detect energetic electrons from the decay of neutrons produced in solar flares. The proposed method allows to estimate the order of magnitude of the total number of neutrons with energies ≥1 MeV for flares like the June 3, 1982 and April 24, 1984 flares. The dependence of the integral electron flux per total number of neutrons for various heliolongitudes is estimated.
