An attempt is made to obtain the shift of the perihelion of an orbit of relative motion in the second post-Newtonian approximation. An isolated system of N gravitationally interacting bodies with large distances in comparison with their sizes is considered. Robertson's (1938) formula for the perihelion motion of two comparable masses to the order of c to the -2nd (where c to the -4th is the velocity of light) is improved by including a correction term of the order of c.
