An investigation of the time resolved spectrum of the SiH(+) molecule has been made, using the high frequency deflection technique. Two new bands, (2,0) and (3,0), of the A(1)Pi-X(1)Sigma(+) transition are identified, wave numbers for the bands are given, potential curves are constructed, and calculations of Franck-Condon factors and r-centroid are made. In addition, molecular constants for both the A(1)Pi and X(1)Sigma(+) states are presented.
