The star Boss 3793 (alpha = 14h 46m.3, delta = 49 deg 07') is a visual double of 3".5 separation with components, according to Burnham, relatively fixed and having a common proper motion of 0".10. The preceding star has a constant radial velocity while the following star herein investigated is a spectroscopic binary. Both its component spectra are measured and the orbit is based upon the equivalent of 37 plates. Besides the orbital elements being obtained approximate values for the parallax are deduced spectroscopically.
