The orbit and parallax of the Procyon system (F5 IV-V primary, Procyon A, and white-dwarf secondary, Procyon B, are determined using conventional absolute radial velocitites, precise relative radial velocities, and astrometric and visual observations. An absolute parallax is found to be 0.2899 +/- 0.0074 arcsec, which is in excellent agreement with data obtained from the previous parallax investigations. A mass of the Procyon system is derived from the orbital parameters and is found to be 1.751 +/- 0.051 solar masses for Procyon A, and 0.622 +/- 0.017 solar masses for Procyon B.
