RVB photometric observations of 11 BL Lac objects and one QSO are reported. Data obtained using a CCD detector system at the Cassegrain focus of the 102-cm telescope at Yunnan Observatory during the period November 1986 - April 1987 are presented in extensive tables and graphs and briefly characterized. No variability on short characteristic time scale (CTS) is detected in OJ 287, 3C 66A, or the QSO (3C 273), while variation of B amplitude 0.8 and CTS 103 min is found in ON +231. The variation of IE 0317+186 is found to have amplitude 0.8 mag in V and 0.52 mag in R, with CTS of 4.5 h.
