Optical polarimetry in UBVRI wavebands is reported for three BL Lacertae objects and one highly polarized quasar. Two objects, PKS 0735+178 and ON 325, exhibit wavelength independent polarization and position angle with polarimetric signal-to-noise ratios greater than 7 and 30, respectively. The highly polarized quasar 4C 29.45 shows a large differential rotation in its plane of polarization (56°±18°.4) from U to V band. Also two distinct slopes in polarization angle, one from U to V band and the other from V to I band, are observed. The most plausible model to explain the observed changes in the polarization angle for 4C 29.5, seems to be a two-component synchrotron model.
