Observations of the X-ray Nova in Vulpecula from July through November were carried out at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory during a decrease in its brightness with a mean velocity of 0.013 per day in the visible range of the spectrum. Rapid variations with a period of 0.348 d and slow ones with a characteristic time of 8.3 d and an amplitude near 0.1 m are found. The color index of the Nova according to the data obtained on August 4-8 is B-V = 1.2 m.
