F.M. Walter (Stony Brook University) and H.E. Bond (STScI) obtained an low dispersion (R=2000) blue (3700-5300A) spectrum of the star 2.2" from the position of SWIFT J195456.7+261301 (ATEL #1103) at 2007 21 June 0630 UT. The spectrum was obtained with the SMARTS 1.5m RC spectrograph at Cerro Tololo. Conditions were thin clouds; the spectrum is noisy. The spectral type is about K0; the chromospheric Ca II H & K lines show prominent emission reversals.
