The optical coordinates of 31 extragalactic radio sources in the systems of AGK3, PPM, SAO catalogues are determined. The accuracy of stellar coordinates of the secondary reference frame is evaluated. The optical coordinates of extragalactic radio sources and corresponding radio coordinates are compared. The root mean square R-O differences are 0.2″
