By means of the self-similar relation of hot flows with advection and in consideration of the nonthermal e± pair-production, the authors examine the radial structure of hot one-temperature accretion flows with advection. Some typical features of the hot flow with advection have been confirmed, and the following new results obtained. There exists a critical radius rcr. The local cooling rate is inversely proportional to the square of mass of the central object. The pair density in the accretion flows with advection is higher than that of the SLE disk.
