316 photographic observations of 1 Ceres covering the 1951-1994 interval were obtained at the Astronomical Institute of the Uzbek Academy of Sciences ( ( = 410 20/ , ( = 4 h 31m, h = 475 m.) using the Normal astrograph, with a focal length of 3.4 m and an aperture of 0.33 m and were measured with the Zeiss Ascorecord measuring machine. 110 astro-plates, with the images of 1 Ceres, out of 150 were of sufficient good quality for processing. The deviating observations from theoretical positions were remeasured and processed anew along with the remaining ones. The reduction of the reference star and 1 Ceres were performed with the dependency method using five or six reference stars from the PPM star catalogue. The coefficients of initial equations were also determined for each astro-plate . The DE 200/ LE 200 planetary ephemerides are used to compute the positions of 1 Ceres. The improved coordinates, components of velocities of 1 Ceres and the zero-point corrections of the PPM-catalogue are given. The zero-point corrections and their mean square errors are ?A = +0.191//( 0.121// , ?D = + 0.023 // ( 0.017//. The mean square error of one observation was calculated from the deviation of the observed and theoretical relative coordinates in the whole period ((0 = ( 0.270 //) .
