A perfect three-body model is used in the numerical simulation of interacting galaxies for studying whether merging disk galaxies make an elliptical galaxy. It is shown that there are two possibilities: If the angle between disk plane and orbital plane of both galaxies do not equal to zero, it is possible that merging galaxies form an elliptical galaxy. If the angle is equal to zero the merging galaxies will form a new disk galaxy.
