The present investigation is concerned with a computation of values of the H-function H(z, omega less than 0) and of the moments of Q(x) which arise in connection with the solution of transfer equations in active amplifying media characterized by omega less than 0 and satisfy a functional relation. The considered function and the functional relation have been considered by Das Gupta et al. (1984). The computed data are listed in two tables. In the case of the data for the moments of Q(x, omega), exact values provided by the equations are listed along with values obtained by numerical calculation.
