The FIR, H I, radio continuum, and soft X-rays in the area of the North Celestial Pole (NCP) Loop are described. Various expansion models are considered and it is found that a cylindrical expansion best matches H I radial velocities. The expansion velocity is found to be about 20 km/s. The NCP Loop is believed to be a massive expanding mantle of a cylindrical cavity in the galactic H I disk.
