Ccd-Photometry, Binaries:Eclipsing

Scientific paper

The eclipsing variable star GSC 3152 1202 is a recently discovered binary system with a short orbital period of about 2.094 days. We carried out observations of the eclipsing binary using CCD array in 2009 at the Tien Shan Observatory and at the Crimea Station of the Sternberg Astronomical Institute. The photometric elements were derived from the light curve. We found the eccentricity of the orbit to be about 0.084. The upper limit for the apsidal period is U<=50 years.
