The fluctuations of the unresolved-sources background are considered. A method of calculation of the correlation function of temperature fluctuations produced by radio sources is developed. Multipole components of the flux and of the effective temperature at the wavelength 8 mm are calculated. This wavelength is the one for the experiment RELIC. The dispersion of the temperature is 6 μK. The quadrupole component is approximately ≡1 μK.
