The MC2 and MC3 catalogs of radio sources observed at a frequency of 408 MHz with the Molonglo telescope are presented. The catalogs include 609 and 657 sources in narrow strips of sky of areas 0.11 and 0.14 sr at declinations near +11 deg and +16 deg respectively. The catalogs are essentially complete above 0.40 fu, corresponding to a source number density of about 3500 s/r, and include some sources as weak as 0.20 fu. Systematic errors are reduced to an accuracy of about 3 sec in position and 5% in relative flux density. Sources of particular interest include 1331+170, a QSO with a rich absorption spectrum; 1442+101, a QSO with a redshift of 3.53; and 1548+114, a close pair of QSOs with different redshifts. The methods of observation, analysis, calibration, and presentation are similar to those used for the MC1 catalog.
