Antennas: Coordinates
Scientific paper
In GPS common view time comparison, errors due to satellite orbit, ionospheric delay and tropospheric delay can be reduced to the order of nanoseconds, if the distance between the two stations is not very long (within 1000 km). In this case, the error mainly arises from the error of antenna coordinates. By using GPS time comparison data without any additional data and equipments, the precision of antenna coordinates can be improved with the relative positioning method, and then the precision of time comparison is improved.
