We have derived a new broadband photometric metallicity calibration for stars on the lower main sequence. We find that M Dwarfs with that harbor giant planets are metal-rich compared to a volume-limited sample of low-mass stars in the Solar neighborhood, which is consistent with the planet-metallicity correlation observed around Sun-like stars. We are taking advantage of this correlation by conducting a search for planets around a sample of 48 metal-rich M dwarfs. We will present some of the early results from our new survey, as well as several new giant planets orbiting low-mass stars from the ongoing California Planet Search.
