The paper discusses the importance of measuring background-noise’s level of centimeter wave-band on antenna and its basically technical condition and request. It also introduces the method to estimate the maximum sensitivity of antenna receive and measure system and formula which calculates the sensitivity with technical parameter the calibration in engineering applications. The measurement results show that the data analysis results of actual measurement are well fitted to theoretical calculation. This proves that it is scientific and rigorous that the estimation of sensitivity, the calculation method in engineering application and the measure method, This also proves that the measure results are real and precise. At the same time the paper gives the theory frame figure of measuring in background-noises temperature, the technical parameter of Calibration and its technical route etc. In this paper, we analysis and discuss measurement results, too.
