Peterson (1976) has reported an order of magnitude overdeficiency of
manganese compared to iron in the subdwarf HD 94028. In this paper some
uncertainties in Peterson's analysis are pointed out. An alternative
analysis procedure, when applied to the same observational data, yields
a much more moderate manganese overdeficiency.
