A solution to the magnitude equation of proper motion for 85 stars in the Pulkovo catalog has been obtained. The solution is used to correct proper motions of stars which are in areas with galaxies. Corrections to the precession constant of the stars were derived from the new proper motions. The precession constant corrections are 0.0008 + or - 0.0014, and 0.003 + or - 0.0014 arcsec/yr for Delta k and Delta n, respectively.
