The magnitude and inclination of the eccentric dipole of Uranus are examined in the framework of the precession-dynamo model. It is shown that the unique parameters of the Uranus magnetic field are connected with the fact that this field is generated in two adjacent high-conductivity regions of different density: the core with a mean density of 12 g/cu cm and the ocean with a mean density of 3.1 g/cu cm. The upper boundary of the magnetically active region in the ocean is determined by a magnetic pressure of 1.9 Mbar, at which the ocean matter is metallized. The dipole and quadrupole components of the Uranus field are calculated assuming that they are generated during the Uranus precession, primarily under the gravitational effect of Miranda.
