Published data are examined and found to be consistent with a model of the lunar lithosphere in which resistivity of several hundred ohm-m to a depth of 700-800 km is assumed. The analysis of the data indicates the probable absence of significant amounts of molten material at these depths. Four sets of published data were studied: frequency dependence of the day-side horizontal magnetic amplification, frequency dependence for the dark-side vertical decrease, the day-side transient amplification, and the dark-side transient decrease. All data are converted to the form of the day-side frequency response.
