Ratios between the intensity of neutron capture line at 2.22 MeV and
that of C deexcitation line at 4.44 MeV for eight large flares observed
by the Hinotori satellite were analysed. The results show clear evidence
of the limb darkening of 2.22 MeV line. From this results, the site of
nuclear reactions and the interaction model in solar flares are studied.
