Results of UBV photometry during 42 nights in 1991-1992 and also spectral observations of the possible protoplanetary object V1027 Cyg are presented. The star exhibits semiregular light variations with amplitudes of about 0.4 m in V-bands, 0.5 m in B-bands, and 0.8 m in U-bands on a time scale of 100 d. The star can be classified as an SRd in terms of variability type. The star's considerable color excess can be explained by interstellar or circumstellar reddening. The spectrum is similar to that of a normal G-supergiant, but the BaII intensity lines are perhaps strengthened.
