Methods for studying the spatial arrangement of craters in the northern
hemisphere of Venus on terrain covered by Venera-15 and Venera-16 radar
mapping are considered. The estimates obtained support the hypothesis
that the crater distribution is uniform and random, with the craters
forming pairs.
