We present the results of a high-resolution VLA study of the neutral hydrogen in Sextans A and B, dwarf irregular galaxies on the outskirts of the Local Group. The HI kinematics in both galaxies are similar to those of other dwarfs where the gas has been significantly shaped by stellar winds. Several distinct HI holes are identified in each. Velocity profiles of the gas are fit with multiple Gaussian curves, possibly indicating that some regions have multiple components to their kinematics. The rotation curve for Sextans B is flat out to a radius of about 250", which corresponds to 1.6 kpc.
