Peculiarities of interpretation of the emission-line spectrum of planetary nebulae of large angular dimensions are analysed. The study is based on theoretical models of nebulae emission with various values of the central-star temperature. For every model, the "diaphragma" spectrum for various distances from the centre was calculated which was compared with the integrated spectrum of the nebula. Variation of relative intensities of high- and low-excitation emission lines from the centre to the edge of the nebula is revealed in all cases. The spectrum of central sections is shown to be not different from the integrated nebula spectrum. It may be used for the determination of physical parameters of real objects. Influence of such an effect is illustrated by the planetary nebula NGC 6853 for which the values of the main physical parameters are improved.
