The age of the globular cluster Lindsay 113 is 4 or 5 Gyrs, depending on
the SMC distance modulus. The metallicity is estimated at [M/H] = -1.4.
This age is consistent with the upper limit determined from the
luminosity of a carbon star at the tip of its asymptotic giant branch. A
second probable carbon star member is identified.
