Two- and three-telescope data obtained with the Center for High Angular Resolution (CHARA) Array instruments FLUOR and MIRC along with data from the Sydney University Stellar Interferometer (SUSI) have been obtained for the massive, non-eclipsing, double-line spectroscopic binary Spica, a 4-day period system where the components are both tidally and rotationally distorted. These data have been analyzed using detailed binary star model atmospheres for triaxial stars. Our revised analysis finds orbital and physical parameters in general agreement with 1971 study by Herbison-Evans et al. which resolved Spica's components for the first time. The disagreement between Spica's observed apsidal motion and the expected distribution of mass within the primary star remains unresolved.
