Optical Testing: Methods Of Reduction

The structure principles of a program package for the reconstruction and analysis of the topography of wavefronts on a computer are examined. Local and global methods of interpolation during the processing of interferograms obtained on a high-aperture interferometer are presented together with an automated classification of wavefront errors including fine-structure errors. Examples of the use of the package for the testing of optical components and the finishing of high-precision optical systems are given.
