During the interaction of Mars and Venus with the solar wind and Titan with the Saturnian magnetospheric plasma, their ionospheres and atmospheres directly interact with the incoming plasma flow. Comparison studies of the interactions of Mars, Venus and Titan are useful to improve our knowledge of the interaction between magnetized plasma flow and an unmagnetized body with an atmosphere. The comparison studies are done from three aspects in this dissertation: I) atmospheric pickup process and ion cyclotron waves, 2) ionospheric magnetization and flux rope structures, 3) internal moment estimate.
