Solutions to hydrodynamic equations are used to obtain explicit analytical expressions for tidal flow velocities in the component of a binary system with allowance for viscosity. Allowance is made for stellar rotation, the orbit eccentricity, and the inclination of the axis of rotation to the orbital plane. Velocities are calculated for different star systems.
