Theoretical isochrones are derived for mild metal-poor (Fe/H abundance ratios of approximately -0.7) stars under various assumptions on the relative amount of CNO elements. Cluster ages in the range 8-18 billion yr are explored, showing that the turn-off luminosity decreases with increasing CNO content according to a certain relation. The consequences of these determinations of cluster age are discussed.
