A new method to infer the three-dimensional structure of vector magnetic fields and thermodynamics from Stokes profile analysis is presented. The method consists of three coupled operations. These form an executive unit. Applying this unit to every depth devided from the surface to the bottom of the photosphere, and then the same procedure to the Stokes profiles of every scanning point, the structure of the scanning region can be obtained. Detailed description of these 3-D operations is given and a flow diagram is plotted.
