We present new redshifts and velocity dispersions for elliptical galaxies in the Virgo and Coma clusters acquired with the intergal-field spectrograph (DensePak) on the WIYN 3.5-m telescope. The configuration consists of over 90 optical fibers closely packed into a 30" X 45" region enabling spectroscopy of early-type galaxies to be obtained over similar spatial scales in both clusters for the first time. The spectra were obtained at high S/N with a dispersion of 0.48 A/pixel enabling high-precision velocity dispersion measurements. We also present new I-band photometric data. These data are combined to form the Dn-sigma relation for both clusters and the relative distances are measured. The absolute calibration of the Dn-sigma relation is provided by the recent distance measurement of the core of Virgo obtained via HST photometry of the Red Giant Branch Tip within a nucleated dwarf elliptical (Durrell et al. 1998). We discuss the resulting distance to the Coma Cluster and the corresponding value of the Hubble Constant.
