We present the B-band galaxy counts for about 10,000 galaxies with 19<~B<~29 mag from several deep HST primary images and from ~24 shallower images from the WFPC2 B-band parallel survey, all in the F450W filter. We classify the galaxies with BJ<~27.5 mag using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) classifications in the B and I-band, which have been trained in the restframe U-band [3], as well as in the restframe mid-UV (2000-3000 Å). We show that reliable restframe ANN types can be made this way for B<~27.0-27.5 mag. These ANN's depend on galaxy surface brightness and light profile (but not on color nor on scale-length). Galaxies classified as E/S0's are only marginally above the no-evolution predictions, and Sabc's are at most 0.5 dex above the non-evolving models for B<~27.5 mag. The faint blue galaxy counts for B<~27.5 mag are dominated by Sd/Irr plus merging and peculiar objects, and can be explained by a moderately steep local LF undergoing strong luminosity evolution. The median scale-length at B=27 mag is 0"25-0"3 (~1-2 kpc at z~=1-2).
