Direct laboratory measurements of the hyperfine Lambda-doubling transitions originating in the 2 Pi 3/2, J = 3/2 state are reported for the v = 1 and v = 2 vibrational states of OH. The measurements were performed by using a molecular-beam electric resonance spectrometer. Frequencies are predicted for the hyperfine Lambda-doubling transitions of the 2 Pi 3/2, J = 3/2, v = 3 and v = 4 states of OH.
