An analysis is made of the experimental data obtained at
vertical-sounding stations and by the satellite Kosmos-1809 during the
period February - June 1987. It is shown that in most cases
perturbations in the D and E regions of the ionosphere are not
accompanied by disturbances in the F2 region.
