Three empirical equations are proposed to describe the existing
experimental data on the heat capacity of water ice for 0 K ≤ T ≤
273 K. This may be important for the rate of non-stationary thermal
processes at very low temperatures in cometary nuclei or cosmogonical
scenarios.
