The data base used to produce the GB6 catalog of 75,162 radio sources (Gregory et al. ApJS, 103, 1996), at a frequency of 4.85 GHz, contains a wealth of variability information on time scales ranging from one day to one year. The original Green Bank survey was made with a seven-beam receiver on the former 91 m telescope during November 1986 and October 1987. We have carried out a Bayesian analysis of the raw scan data and succeeded in extracting short term variability information for approximately 20,000 GB6 sources. The average number of flux density measurements ranges from 7 for a source at a declination of 0 degrees to 20 at a declination of 75 degrees. In addition, long term variability (epoch averages) is available for the majority of the GB6 sources. This large variability data base will be released on the WEB to the astronomical community in time for the Manchester IAU meeting.
