Spatial distributions of galactic globular clusters are studied by means of Walsh-Hadamard transforms. Results of a first approximation suggest the existence of two distinct populations of clusters: metal poor clusters with spherical distributions, and metal rich clusters flattened along the disk. Simulated cluster-halos are computed to study the dependence of observed radial velocities on the eccentricity of cluster orbits, and it is shown that only a general high value of eccentricity can reproduce the observational features.
