The Galactic ALFA Continuum Transit Survey (GALFACTS) consortium has started observations with the Arecibo Radio Telescope. The survey will map about 40% of sky over the next 4 years, and produce high sensitivity Stokes I, Q, U and V images. When completed it will be the largest spectro-polarimetric survey of the sky. There are considerable data reduction challenges for the project. We discuss the aspects of GALFACTS data processing.
