An estimate of the Hausdorff dimension (capacitance) dH of the discrete
set prescribed by the objects of a new optical catalog of QSOs compiled
by Hewitt and Burbidge (1987) is presented. A modified box-algorithm
yielded dH of 2.2 for scales of the order of 1000/h Mpk. This value
coincides with a value obtained earlier for galactic clusters.
