The fourth and final MIT-Green Bank survey, covering 0.504 sr of sky in the right ascension range 15.5-2.5 h, between +37.00 and +50.98 deg declination and containing 3427 sources detected with an NSR grater than five, is presented. The survey is shown to be 99.1 + or - 1.2 percent complete at the 90 mJy flux density level. Spectral indices are computed for sources identified in the NRAO 1400 MHz Survey, and a comparison of the spectral index distributions between + or - 10 deg and outside of + or - 10 deg Galactic latitude is presented.
