The dynamics of large-scale cosmological perturbations of density in the Universe containing, together with ordinary interacting particles, both heavy nonbaryonic particles (which today are the dynamical dark matter) and weakly interacting relativistic particles with number density as the model free parameter. Transfer functions of the growing adiabatic and isothermal perturbation modes are obtained. The dependence of parameters of the large-scale structure of the Universe on the collisionless relativistic particle number is discussed. A cosmological test of the total number of light weakly interacting particles in the Universe is proposed.
