We have observed the far-infrared emission of Orion Irc2 with the LWS spectrometer. The observations consist of 30 grating scans covering the full range 43-197 μm and 480 FP scans giving a total coverage of 100 μm. The spectrum is dominated by the rotational lines of H2O and CO. Many other species, like NH3, OH, CO isotopes, H3O+ and atomic fine structure lines contribute to the observed features. Rotational transitions of NH, SH, SH2, NH3, SO2, OH+, CH2 and other light molecular species together with b-type transitions of slightly asymmetrical molecules like HCO, HNCO, HOCO+ could contribute to the observed emission. The FP data show essentially the water vapour (H2O, H218O, H217O), OH, and CO lines.
